The Filipino Food Movement and the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu will host the Savor Filipino Summit on Monday, February 8, 2021.

Objective:  To bring together the food community to share ideas, learn from our line up of speakers and guests on how to market and brand Filipino food, and come up with strategies to survive and thrive amidst the pandemic. We hope that through this event, we can generate enthusiasm and fervor to re-imagine and re-shape the future of Filipino cuisine.

Who:  We invite our stakeholders to take the reins and carve a place for our cuisine in the global mainstream where we promote our culture, celebrate our purveyors, and uplift a healing world.

Free Admission.  As a service to our community, which is economically impacted by the global pandemic, we are offering this free event to all Filipino chefs, food entrepreneurs, farmers, workers, and other stakeholders in the food and restaurant industry in Hawaii and other parts of the world.

Without barriers to entry, we believe that the solutions to our current situation will come from within our food community. We are stronger together.
