Tita Pear’s Mango Salsa

This salsa would be a great accompaniment to any snack or chips of your choice. You can also serve it with fried fish, fried pork chops, or whatever dish you want. 

Quite a versatile dish, and Tita Pearl hopes you will like it!

Ingredients
  • 2-3 types of mangoes (Manila mango, Indian mango, green mango), cubed
  • Green, red, yellow pepper cut to bite sized pieces
  • Yellow and purple onions, chopped
  • Serrano peppers, chopped, 
  • Cilantro
  • Tomatoes, chopped
  • Safflower packet (or saffron)
  • Zest and juice of one lime
  • Annatto powder, 
  • Celery, chopped

Procedure
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. 
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Or you can use patis or patis salt. 
  3. Serve and enjoy.
