Ingredients

Proteins:
  • Beef clod
  • Pork shoulder
  • Chicken thighs, skinless, boneless
  • tofu


Meat Marinade:
  • 7up
  • Soy sauce
  • White vinegar
  • Brown sugar
  • Ground black pepper
  • Garlic, minced
  • Oil


Dipping sauce:
  • Soy sauce
  • Ground black pepper
  • Bay leaves
  • Sugar
  • Tea
  • Perrine's Worchester
  • Rosemary
  • 7up
