Now recorded in a brand new format with hosts Kulintronica & Lady K, the Filipino Food Movement Podcast explores Filipino Cuisine through the eyes of those that cook for a living.
Episode 1 of our 2nd season, features Chef Jessette Kalsi, creator of Nouveau Filipino popup, featuring a multi-course french-style Filipino menu paired with exquisite wines in California's Napa valley.

Special thanks to JD & Teresa for getting us off the ground. We all raise our calamansi margaritas to you!

Mainstreaming Filipino Cuisine

Filipino cuisine has been rapidly rising in popularity in the United States. The Filipino Food Movement began in the 1500's, when the first Filipinos landed in California during the time of the Spanish Galleon Trade. Our organization aims to organize, formalize, and legitimize current efforts to promote cuisine inspired by the Philippines.

Do you love Filipino cuisine? You're in the right place.

Although Filipino's are the 2nd largest Asian subgroup in the United States, the cuisine has taken a back seat in the mainstream palate until only recently. Together we can build momentum and consumer demand for Filipino flavors and ingredients.
